If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the cr1 platform.

- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
- Not appearing on any prohibition or restriction list issued by any relevant authority.

Cr1 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of any user who fails to meet the above eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
2User Account & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on cr1. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration is accurate and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cr1 account password and login credentials. You may not share your login details with any other party. All activity carried out under your account is considered your own unless you promptly report a compromise to the cr1 support team. cr1 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account as a result of your own negligence.
Account Suspension and Closure
Cr1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account, whether temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons without prior notice:
- Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Suspected or confirmed fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity.
- Attempts to hack, manipulate, or exploit the platform's systems.
- Abuse of bonus or promotional programmes.
- A written request from the user themselves to close their account.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, cr1 reserves the right to withhold any account balance associated with fraudulent activity, subject to further investigation.
3Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the cr1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a legitimate payment method registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods without written authorisation from cr1 is strictly prohibited.
- Deposits must come from legitimate and lawful financial sources.
- Cr1 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for deposits that exceed certain limits.
- Deposits made through unapproved methods will be returned or withheld pending verification.
- Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on your chosen payment method.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the user's own name.
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Cr1 reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 5 business days for security review purposes.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
Cr1 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. Any transaction disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
